Plus, is it true you can feed a pig elephant dong and it will still grow and build meat?

There was one sitting at a BC dealer with a price of 59k + fees.
Wish they would have offered the Pro in QuickSand
War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength.
Holy shit. 60k for a 1/4 ton truck with a V6.
Anyone see an issue? What's next?

I don't see an issue. It's extremely limited production model. The off road model on which this is based is $13,000 less for the masses.Originally posted by Darkane

I haven't read into this at all really. How limited?Originally posted by Aleks

Ninja edit. Saw your post before, 280 to Canada.
How limited it is globally?

I'm not really sure if it's available outside of US and Canada.Originally posted by Darkane

For comparison when I was shopping for an STI I was told only about 400-500 come to Canada each year. So gives you an idea how few of these are being made.
At the same point, you could make one hell of a truck taking the OR and 13k.. Throw a TRD supercharger in it (though discontinued?) and still have another 7k of fun.... Though the TRD leather looks pretty awesome in them
I tend to agree. Apparently the Pro has some pretty trick suspension and some other goodies but really for me I don't see the value in that extra $13k to make it worth my while.Originally posted by Brent.ff

Barring the weird logo under the side mirrors they look really nice. Im liking the cement colour as well. But thats about it.
IMO the 3rd gen transmission still needs a LOT of work and QC since the 3rd gens have all been plagued with unresponsive trannys. That powertrain is a bit of a mess tbh. Was really unimpressed when i test drove one.
Just glad I still have the 2nd gen, that powertrain is bulletproof
You're right, I was thinking of the Sport..I don't think we ever got the Offroad in Canada?Originally posted by AE92_TreunoSC
No it stayed the same from 2nd gen.
Double cab 5ft box in Canada was only manual gear box TRD Sport and SR5.
TRD Offroad was access cab 6 ft box only, both trans.
Now we get double cab short box auto in Sport or Offroad, this will help sales big time.
Yes we did. As mentioned, Offroad was offered in Access cab only in Canada.Originally posted by cyra1ax

The following link breaks down all the possible configurations that were available in Canada for the 2nd gen Taco.

The old 2005-2015 offroads were terrible choices anyway, the rims and tires sucked and the only advantage it had was the rear locker.
The new offroads get better looking fenders, no chin spoiler, crawl control, terrain select, rear locker and the best rims shy of the pro. Plus you get half decent goodyear tires for once.
I'm kinda happy with mine, but I have no idea if I'll bother getting the DCSB or just get a 4runner next.
Jesus, it's only 58k for the tunda trd pro..Originally posted by dino_martini
