Who do you use for all inclusive vacations to Mexico? I'm trying to book a trip for 17 people.

For groups, I have found westjet vacations to be pretty helpful. I think you need to phone in for larger groups, but the ladies on the end of the phone are awesome. They can even arrange people departing from difference cites etc.

17 people doesn't qualify as a group with WestJet vacations. They normally have a 10 room minimum.

Huh, I thought it was a 10 seat minimum. I will admit, last time I used them, it was for a flight-only situation.
