Very nice car and pretty cool color. Looks darker in person than in pictures but it's one of those colors that will look different depending on the light levels.

inline6turbo were you at the AutoX event yesterday? Someone stopped by in a Focus RS in the same color, and god damn did that color look good in person.

haha, no I was zoned out from focusing on figuring out the damn track and trying to remember shit. I think I even ignored my brother and nephew who showed up for a bit. I didn't even notice your car until after all my runs were done and I could stop thinking about cones.

All good I was just giving you a hard time! I'll likely drive in the next event for fun to try out the car. It's not broken in yet so I couldnt this time. I know how tricky it can be focusing on the right cones out there. It looked like it was a great track this time! Far better than Westerner.

It's been a long month, but I finally was able to get my car protected w/ full coverage Ultimate XPEL and Opticoat+, and also wrapped the roof and mirrors in black vinyl under it. Also gave it some yellow fog tint as well as light window tint.

I think it works well.

The hard thing to capture is how it looks in person, as the lighting dramatically affects how it looks due to the metallic flakes in the paint.
You can see how shop lights vs cloudy/foggy day totally changes how it looks, and even then the camera isn't capturing the color properly.

Almost finished the break-in; the car itself is a riot. Incredible handling, excellent power that puts a grin to my face every time. Can't wait for more aftermarket support for this thing as time goes on. The offerings right now aren't really that great IMO.

The only thing that could be better is the turning radius. Although I didn't buy this car to get out of shopping mall parking lots, so it's not a big deal.

Looks like it's extending into 2018 with 500 limited edition models in the Canada, 1000 in US.



Some noticeable differences:
- Factory front Quaife mechanical LSD
- Factory black roof, mirrors, spoiler
- Misc. carbon fibre bits inside
- Available in Race Red

Looks like it's not something too crazy, so essentially it is a 2 year run, with a very limited run for 2018 (US/CAN). I would have been pissed if there was a power bump, haha.

I'd really like one but the turning radius in my foST was terrible and it's the same in the RS. That would drive me insane all over again
