Finally stopped being lazy and went out tonight to snap a few quick shots of my new car.
Played around with merging in the first shot, too. Exposure was a bit tricky to get down in this lighting..

Got out to Abraham Lake this weekend. Stayed overnight at the hostel in Nordegg, which is actually pretty nice. Unfortunately for sunset I ended up pulling a Lancer from the bottom of an ice slope and sunset was pretty bland. Which then led to a short snowfall not allowing any astro work, to then the lake being covered in snow the next morning. So that section was a total bust.

But right after sunrise ( ) it was a warm, clear day for snowshoeing in Bow Lake meadows, wildlife watching, hot springs and admiring the stars on the way back into Calgary.
