Looking for a Beyond recommended roofer for a quote.
Hi Everybody!
Looking to get a couple quotes for my landlord on getting the roof redone on the place I am living in. It needs a new roof, no questions about it.
I would replace it myself, but there is an area where the pitch is too steep for me comfort level.

I have roof hospital coming tomorrow to look at small repair/remediation so I will let you know how it went tomorrow if you want.

I did my house through Alpha roofing (Alfa? Can't remember) as they were one of AMA's recommended companies. This was the hail damage to my house so I'm not sure the exact estimate for just the roof. It was 13k to do my roof, two sides of my house, gutters and drains, and some other things.
The roofing guys we're pretty good they came on the evening before and dropped off materials. Then came (although on a Sunday) and did the entire roof in a day so it was fairly painless aside from one day of banging.

Bump.. I was talking with spikers on this, just wanted to get some feedback about the roofers. How the roof's are holding up, general pricing etc. Seems that I'm going to have to replace my roof this year too. Not an insurance job either unfortunately.
I've had the "Roof Hospital" guys come out already, and they did a decent job on the quote, but I have to do my due diligence.

Bump. Anyone care to follow up on experiences? Making a few calls pdq here.
Cranston's seen zero hail so far. Roof will be out of pocket, hope to get in before all the claims lol.
