Anyone collecting these?

Was wondering if anyone was interested in a trade thread. I know some of them are worth quite a bit but not looking to make any money / scalp / RFD hoard them. But maybe we can work together and trade extra rare ones that we've found.

I've got a couple extra Mega man's so far looking for Little Mac and Pitt, Ike and Shulk

No it isn't.

You are buying a mass produced toy (some of which MAY have limited distribution/production) in hopes that you are able get the rare ones that are more valuable before they are retired.

Unless you buy them now and flip them immediately for profit to some sucker you will not make any money or have anything valuable in the long term.

This is just another iteration of beanie babies.

I'm not buying them to flip them. I'm buying to collect. It goes with all my other Nintendo memorabilia - ie N64 collection. Systems in box, games in box Etc etc

I've got an extra Shulk Amiibo, and because you asked first, you get first dibs eglove. Sent you a PM.

I had to get out of the Amiibo loop because I saw how much money could easily be sunk into this hobby I'm happy with my Villager and Shulk Amiibos.

Skylanders, not even once. But technically Amiibos are the cool version of Skylanders..

I forgot to mention there was something weird going on when I was ordering the Shulk Amiibos from Ebgames. They sent an email out to everyone saying that there were "payment issues". I'm suspecting if you never called in, they would have just cancelled your order just to resolve demand issues.

64 farkin characters

and this does not count the other skylander things we bought for them like lunch bags, books, cards, etc...

I have agreed to buy one more piece.

spikers, I appreciate your example in this matter. When Thing1 started asking about skylanders, I remembered how much cash you had already dropped on it. Then you kindly offered to sell me some cheap, and all I could thing of was ... "yeah, here man, the first taste is free..."

I'll keep my eye out for it spikers but it looks like that a tough find. Kinda like Meta Knight and marth for amiibos
