I was thinking about this recently as well. I still have my integra that I imported back in 06'? I haven't driven it for about 6 years now and been collecting dust but I don't have the heart to sell it, haha.

Wow I don't feel too bad now hearing how long people's cars have sat not being driven.
I havent kept anything past 3.5 years. I've owned vehicles as short as three weeks.
First car was a 82 accord with over 400km's on it, I don't want that back. Next car was a 94 civic si that I bought new and sold just a few years ago. It served me well and I wasted a bit of money playing around with turbos and ended up blowing the engine and then replacing it with a b16a g2 which drove well. Sold it to a uncle who let it sit in his garage for a couple of years because he didn't know how to drive a standard so then he sold it to his neighbor. It was fun but I don't really care to have it back.
This goddamn thing has been following me around since 2005.

Speaking of old builds, does anyone know what happened to Orrin's (darknight) S15 after he passed away?

Also curious about this. I remember his friends/family were trying to complete it but then heard no updates. That was one sick machine.Originally posted by rage2

I guess I fall into the "OG ride" category, still have the 01 Jetta, ~12 years of ownership, 366k on it right now, had it decatted yesterday. Keeps on purring.
See sig for pic.
An old pic, on a Beyond cruise to Banff, Axis 19's.
I sold my money pit and I could not be happier that it's gone. I hate that car....
Sold The 7 a while back, never drove it and it became dead weight. plus no room in the garage for 3 vehicles and 4 motorcycles.
On a related note, how the heck do you go about selling a car that's been with you for so long and you've put so much effort, time and pain into? I would have a hard time letting it go for anything near a reasonable value.

The only cars I really regret selling were my IS300 and 91 MR2 Turbo. Wish I still had those two bitches.

Had my gd for 7 years and no plan to sell her. Even after owning other luxury vehicles she's always got a spot in my garage.
