Well, while I let the neck grow in (to get rid of the weird jaw line I had before) I've been keeping pretty trimmed. #6 gaurd. I'm so indecisive I don't know if I want longer than that or not. I've always been indecisive about facial hair. For some reason that's been a fixture of my life since forever.

I honestly have no reason to do anything with mine so it just grows.

I take a metal comb to it every other day to brush it out and keep the knots out and boar hair brush it as well. At the moment its long enough that its touching any shirt I wear.

I've been able to grow a thick, full beard for as long as I can remember. My facial hair grows fast as well. However, in the last year, I've noticed the spot under my chin has slowed growth considerably. To the point where it looks like my beard is parted down the middle and I have weird jaw horns of beard. So I'm forced to trim the rest of my beard to keep it even with my under chin, and it saddens me.

tl;dr if anyone has any tips for growing hair faster in a single spot, send 'em my way, cause this old man misses his beard. Google basically told me that my options are either 1) do nothing, or 2) use rogain.

I find I'm constantly touching my face, will probably use that as an excuse to shave off the beard considering the current environment. Wife and kids hate it when I shave, which really just makes me want to more.

Wondering what things are going to be like without visiting a barber! I do like experimenting with hair though, cool thing is if you screw it up... Shave it all off and start over!

I must admit I get a bit of beard envy looking at other dudes growing them. I tried early in the year and failed miserably.

Never in a million years would I have guessed you looked like this. Beyond never ceases to amaze me... Also, obligatory "holy shit, you're not asian" even though I figured you were a white guy.

I need like 50 testosterone patches or something. I can't grow a beard, moustache, or even sideburns.

In otherwords, I am jealous of you lumberjacks.

Ive not trimmed my designer stubble in three weeks. I now have a mini beard.
It looks like I have dead rat on my face first thing in the morning. But after a shower and using a beard brush. It straightens the hair out a bit.

Has anyone used a beard straightener..? Ive watched a few videos.
This guy in this video has a similar beard to mine.

Not in a million years would I use that. Groomed beards look weird and out of place.
