Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge

If you could try that would be great. I am just looking for a 32gb Black for Virgin Mobile. I just need to make sure I have a receipt so I can write it off. I am going to start calling around here once places start to open. A buddy and I at work are both looking for the same phone today.

Hopefully they don't care how many you buy. For all they know your entire family is on X network and wants to upgrade to the S6

No problem. I will ask for a Black version, 32gig for Virgin Mobile for you. Myself, I am just gonna get the 32gig Fido version in Black. PM me your number and I will give you an update once I've visited them. I plan to go there around 10 when the store opens up.

I ordered the slim fit in shimmery white. I obviously didn't read the shimmery part. It is pretty slick though so I might order the grippier black one.

Whoo.. picked my 64gb white edge today, from Rogers.
Sick looking phone.. great feel to it.

2 year contract on an old $60/mo plan, phone was $649.99

2 year contract on a new(mandatory) plan was $70/mo, phone $449.99

Definitely needs to be rooted and debloated for sure

Stopped at a telus store to get a hands on look at them. The edge just screams gimmick to me. Am I missing something in the $100 price difference??

Also, now that you guys are all jumping on the S6. Someone want to sell me their S5 for cheap (telus or unlocked)?

mf'n virgin mobile website. No phone ordered but they charged my credit card $729 2x now because their website is a POS.

Excellent, now had to cancel my mastercard so they can reverse the charges

I work for one of the big three and even I think the Edge is gimmicky. Our Samsung rep said there would be some apps to convince me otherwise but I have yet to see them.

I'm going to be sticking with the regular S6

Have had the S6 since Monday and am very very happy with it. The edge definitely looks cooler but not worth the extra 100$ imo.

Waiting for my case to come.

What would you guys suggest as the thinnest case? I don't like clunky cases.

Got my regular s6 in black 32gb.

I love this phone much more then I thought I would.

No case yet. I am looking at a spigen.

I like the weight and the palm feel. thing is wicked fast. vibrate is a little worrying though. I am paranoid aout scratching the camera lens.

Ringke slim fits great.. and not really noticeable. I cant imagine it provides much protection other than scratches on the camera, back or screen if laying on the front.
As a bonus it came with a screen protector on Amazon too.

So far I am loving the S6. Unbelievably nice phone, and amazing camera. Best screen on any phone and it shows. I'm extremely impressed. I'll try it out for a week or two and if I like it still, I'll get a second one for personal use.

Fido told me they are happy to sell them outright, and you can get up to a $300 discount for extending your current contract as well (no new plan necessary).

No because I like the feel of the regular one better. The way I hold my device, my palm is going to be brushing up against that edge screen all the time.
