Does any watch shop in Calgary do crystal replacements? I have a big crack in mine. i have called a few watch places but I've found most of them do not answer there phones! The watch in question is a Michael Kors if that matters.

Shouldn't be a problem sourcing replacement crystal for a Michael Kors watch.

Can they replace non sapphire, to sapphire? Do you know, Rage2?

Probably not, unless that watch has both a sapphire and non sapphire model for the same watch (doubtful).
The repair guys are limited to what parts are available from the manufacturer.

I had the glass of my Hugo Boss watch changed at Watchit! I think it was around $80 to do it and it took a few weeks as they had to ship it out to wherever it is that they do.
