Nope. I think all the paths there are paved and besides that, one can't drive a vehicle on any of the paths in Confederation Park.

I said it before, I am sure it is a Cemetery road, I just have no clue as to which cemetery.

Well it is Union Cemetery but it is not the road leading to Reader Rock Gardens that is on the north side - this would be the entrance off of Spiller Road on the south side. Google StreetView looking up at this treed lane - spikerS had it figured out, just didn't know where.
