What sources? What NA? What 20-30hp? The concept at the show is fitted with the GT300 EJ20 based race engine. 300hp and 340 lb-ft torque with an air restrictor and boost control in race trim. Unrestricted in this concept car it makes 450hp. Words straight from Subaru. You can see the intercooler hiding in this crappy photo:

There's no information on a production version, as Subaru has confirmed that this is purely a concept and will never make it to production.
