Nick Lush Disappearance - Springbank/Calgary

I've been following this story for nearly a week.

Nick Lush

Two men have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the disappearance of Nick Lush.

Although RCMP say his body has not yet been found, the 32-year-old's family says police are hoping to recover it soon.

The father of three was last seen more than a week ago as he left a party near Cochrane in the early hours of March 29.

Several hours after his disappearance there was a report of an assault happening at an underpass on the Trans-Canada Highway in the Jumping Pound area about 40 kilometres west of the city. Investigators believe Lush was the victim.

Sounds like Nick was at a party, had some sort of argument/altercation, ended up getting kicked out of the party, and then was jumped later while walking home.

A few people witnessed the assault at the underpass, called it in, and the goofs who assaulted him probably threw his body in the trunk of their car and disposed of it somewhere.

They were busted in a few days later while driving the same car

Unfortunately, Nick doesn't seem like he was an angel either:

Court documents reveal that Lush had several prior criminal convictions, including drug possession, assault with a weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.

The accused:

First-degree murder charges have been laid against 24-year-old Cody Kenneth Bauer of Calgary and 22-year-old Kristopher Goerzen of Brooks.

They said on the news this morning that one of the suspects told police the location of the body, hopefully they'll find it soon.

it starts in school and the attitude carries with them their whole lives why can't ppl see this shit and put a stop to it before ppl are beaten to death because they like the colour red but the other group likes orange. I really cannot recall douche bags during high school. Granted I grew up in a town and not a city, but still. We had more of the jocks, geeks, art, skaters, death metal people.

Maybe it was just the time that I grew up in. Though I have to admit the chicks seem more slutty now a days.

I went to grade school (Gr 1-12) with one of this guy's FB friends. Strangely enough, that same friend is also FB friends with the piece of shit that shot someone off Edmonton Tr a few weeks ago.
