Where to buy pen boxes in Calgary?

I am looking to purchase 12 pen boxes for some gifts. I already have the pens but they did not come with boxes. Is there anywhere in Calgary to find reasonable prices on them, I am looking for each box to hold a single pen, would like it in wood as well.

Possibly WR Display & Packaging - they do carry a lot of stuff like this, just not sure if they have anything in wood. Also, Lee Valley Tools may have something.

Michael's has them, I actually went looking last week for them. It is $1.49 each though for cardboard box (it is a nice cardboard box).

I checked with Reid's but they didn't have what I was looking for, they had sets but not empty boxes.

Lee Valley had some nice ones, but I chose Michael's due to cost. The boxes will most likely not be used by the recipients so I went the more cost effective route.
