That's fucked up, hope they find the driver.
Wonder if that is connected with HAWCs circling over Copperfield for about 30 minutes earlier today. And not random but circling round and round.
how would HAWCS in Copperfield have anything do do with Saddleridge? I mean I guess there's a tiny chance they tracked the suspect down there but that would be a stretch.Originally posted by ianmcc

Calgary police are searching for the driver of a vehicle who took off on foot after a woman was hit in the northeast community of Saddle Ridge.
Stuart Brideaux with EMS says it happened just before noon when the woman, believed to be in her 30’s, was getting out of her car in the 200 block of Saddletowne Circle. “The circumstances are still being investigated as to how this may have occurred, but a female driver had exited her vehicle and was subsequently struck, pinned and then run over by a second vehicle in a parking lot.”
The woman was rushed to hospital in serious, potentially life threatening condition.
Colin Foster with the Calgary Police Service says it was a blue SUV that struck the woman.
Based on CCTV footage, Sgt. Foster says officers are looking for an East Indian male, approximately 18 years of age.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 403-266-1234.
