Best way to ship an office chair from Waterloo to Calgary

I haven't shipped any large items around so looking for some advice. As the title states I am looking to ship a ~$500 office chair from Waterloo to Calgary, if it even makes sense financially. Otherwise I will just sell it to someone in Waterloo.

Has anyone shipped large items before? Which company did you use?

Any advice or input is appreciated.

This. It will be your cheapest option by far I am sure. They will load it on the back of a bus and it will take however long it takes for the bus to cross Canada, but will eventually make it here. Shipped a car bumper this way before and the price was very reasonable.

I used http://www.sameday.ca/ for shipping a massive 1000lb package from small town quebec. I never thought to consider grey hound but i had to get my item picked up in the middle of no where so It limited my options.

The cost to ship was very cheap considering the weight and where i picked it up. It was only around $250-300 or so.

There were definitely few options for me and all the typical companies you think of charged crazy $$$.
