I was just thinking that. It's kind of in a blind area as you start to crest the hill. But since this is Calgary, common sense will be thrown out the window and this will get green-lighted and fast tracked.

Well, the target market is people who work at the University, Foothills and Children's Hospital, so low parking requirements would make a whole lot of sense.
