It's no rumour; the house sat at framing stage for at least 4 years (my dad says he thought it was 7 ).

Was for sale back around '03 for ~$625,000... I remember joking around with a couple buddies that we should pool our money and buy it

I think I posted that house earlier in the thread. It's absolutely hideous. A Chinese family owns it and my guess is they probably have it listed in China thinking some retarded investor is going to pick it up for that price.

It doesn't look like its shown in the pictures, or perhaps they had thrown it away but they had a hot tub sitting basically in the front entrance. My girlfriend remembers trick-or-treating on the home and seeing it when she approached the door.
