Tv....No cable question

HI I just cancel my cable and I thought I would still get A channel but I dont...is there something I should hook up too my tv or change some settings?? Please help

Yes, you need an antenna.

What I did to receive a hockey game once was just to use a coaxial end with 2 connecters on it for an antenna and hook up a long length speaker wire to it and place it near a window. If your TV has a place to hook the attenna forks on, just hook it on that. Ghetto, but it works!

LOL....Sorry if I sounf dumb but where do you plug the antenna? In the back of my tv dont say antenna anywhere

Plug it in where you would have plugged in your cable. If your antenna is 300 Ohm, get a 300-75 Ohm converter from Radio Shack.
