    Default Tempered Glass Screen Protector

So, I ended up running over my Note 3 with the creeper last week. Cracked the side of the screen. Was bad enough it damaged the corner of my UAG case too.

Fortunately (for the second time now) I had a tempered glass screen protector on it. I was certain that I cracked the screen underneath but, when I took off the protector, the screen underneath was perfect.

The first cracked protector was from a drop face first on to a rock on the driveway. That one was from etrade supply, same thickness but no-name brand I think. Picked it up along with the parts to fix this http://forums.beyond.ca/st/377992/sh...l-phone-glass/

^^^ that pic goes with the shattered cell phone thread, body was bent, etc...expensive. Tempered glass probably would have inserted itself in my ass before protecting the phone with that fall.

In any case, I'd highly recommend getting one of these to protect your phone. I've been getting the .33mm ones from InSkin on Amazon.

Also, with the Note series, the pen works a lot nicer on the glass and the plastic protectors. I found the plastic ones had too much friction and the tip of the pen would wear down.

I get mine from XtremeGuard. They always have sales. Sometimes 90% off.

I just tried my first one on my iPad mini based on recommendations in other threads here and I'm sold on them. I used to use the matte plastic protectors but I found they really desaturated the screen colours and once they start to wear down it looks like shit.

Bought one for my S5 for $3 with the code. I'll probably forget I even ordered it and in 18-32 days I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Showed up today, less than 2 weeks and I still forgot I ordered it. Install was simple, no distortion or issues looking at or using the screen so far. It is a bit noticeable when using the phone due to the thickness around the home button and in the cutouts at the top, would probably get used to it in a couple days though. Seems pretty decent for $3
