Best place in town for dim sum?

so which restaurant has the best dim sum in town?
I've been to a bunch and I've found Silver Dragon very good but pricey... any others?

and has anyone tried the new Dim Sum Express yet? the 12 hr dim sum restaurant?

Silver Dragon is my favorite. Not that expensive (~$10/person).

Dim Sum Express (all you can eat dim sum, $7.99/person) is pretty good. It's located next to Visions eye centre in that 555 or 777 building the old Double Greeting location.
