Anyone have experience living on the top floor units? Pros and Cons of the condo facilities?

My parents have owned a unit in there since they were built. Currently being rented.

Overall the facilities are quite nice, the gym is one of the best I have ever seen in a condo building. The property management keeps the building and land in great shape. My only gripe is the parkade can be a little tight.

The underground guest parking is amazing as well.

if you are renting, its a great building since electricity is included in the condo fee, so if you blast your a/c your rent isn't going up, i've had rotating and rowdy neighbors but could barely hear them in my unit but were super loud in the hallway... one of the few low rise concrete buildings in the burbs...

if you're buying you should inquire about the fantastic geothermal heating system and do your DD before purchasing.

The gym was pretty good and almost never really overly busy.

If you got a good storage locker it was great except it was crazy dusty down there.

They've had issues in the past with theft and vandalism in the parkade and even continuted to have issues after they installed security camers
