Hiring: Web Developer & WordPress Ninja
Compensation:
Based on experience. Salary range is $48k - $62.5k, plus full benefits and vacation time.

Responsibilities:
Working with our existing web development team, you will be developing and maintaining primarily-WordPress based websites.
Your work is varied, from building simple landing pages to taking part in the deployment of large, complicated websites.
The environment is fast-paced, with continual projects and never any shortage of work.
Due to the nature of our work, you can expect oversight that is deliverable focused. We do not micromanage, meaning that you are responsible for setting your schedule and meeting your deadlines.
You will be working from our SE Calgary office the majority of the time, though you are open to work from home whenever the schedule is open for it.

WordPress is your new favourite past-time, and you love building solutions that get the job done in an eloquent, simple, scalable way.
You also want to work in an environment that constantly challenges you. You want the freedom to tackle problems and challenges your own way, and are willing to seek coaching and feedback when you are stuck.

Required Skills & Experience:
- CSS/HTML/basic PHP
- Basic copywriting
- Responsive web development.
- Deep familiarity with Google analytics & webmaster tools
We are looking for candidates with a strong portfolio of websites that they have personally developed. Marketing agency experience is a plus, but not required.

While not required, possessing any of the skills below would be a huge benefit:
- Bootstrap
- Photoshop/graphic design
- Copywriting
- SEO (white-hat only, please).
- CRO
- Technical writing
- Server administration
- Java
