I do get great service there, especially when I mention my name, haha.
Any insight on whether its still a go? Cant see the city allowing the event on the grass with all this rain....
This is probably my favourite car show. So many things that you will never see on the roads. So many owners who love to talk about their cars.
"We are experiencing a rather large rainfall in Calgary today but the plan is still to go forward with Stanley Park, however if we decide that the conditions for the show tomorrow do not favor the use of the park we have an alternate location to use. Any further developments will be posted as soon as they arise, until then we carry forward the plan to bring all the VAG cars to the park tomorrow morning. "
I hope to see everyone at the show tomorrow (under a blue sky and sunlight)

If you're a fan of the 356 it was a good place to be.
any pictures? How many 356's were there? I've only seen a couple driving around.Originally posted by big A

A little slower than previous years. As mentioned, fewer Italian cars but still some nice rides. The rat rod Jetta was cool, although not my thing.
A couple nice 993 Porsches, the Pantera and the Land Rovers were tops for me.
#1 was the Ferrari 330 GTB. Really liked it in dark blue.
I tried to post a pic with my comment but it didn't work from my phone. I will email it to the computer and try again.Originally posted by Pacman

There were four, and they all looked real. All hard tops.
Here's our coverage of the show.

Were you there when they started it up and gave it some revs? I had to leave immediately there after and take a shower.Originally posted by Canmorite

Supercar territory.
I suspect you would need to be in the $200-250k range to buy that thing from Ken.Originally posted by flipstah
