    Default Cellular plan for visitor

I have a friend visiting and I would like to know what's the best cell plan for visitors. Data is a priority over voice. If it matters, the phone will be iPhone 6.

    Cheers

5GB of data, excellent coverage (much like Speakout which also based on Telus/Bell) all for $35 a month. Great for travelling in Canada.

They won't care if you put that sim in tablet or iphone 6. As long as phone is unlocked, data should work.

    Pretty sure speakout is Rogers/Fido...
So decide where your visitor is going to decide what coverage you want/need

We will make a trip down to Vancouver and Kelowna. So either the speakout or Bell data package should work.

That's a tablet only plan. I'm pretty sure you can't add voice to it, or add it to a voice plan.

If they have 2 phones with them, get one on the 30 day data pass. Get the other on a cheap 1 month voice plan. Turn on hotspot on the phone with the tablet plan. Go nuts.
