WTB: Cardboard frames 8.5 x 11 for certificates

Anyone know where to buy cheap cardboard frames for 8.5 x 11 certificates? Cheapest I've found online was around $6.80 (including shipping and conversion rates). I'm thinking there should be cheaper places to buy these since they are just cardboard. Didn't see anything at the dollar store and I don't like paying $10 for these frames at Michaels whenever I need one.
