Approx. 420 sq ft total living space, house was built in 2001 in Saddleridge, ideal for bachelors or bachelorettes, close to all amenities including: great access to public transit (c-train stations and buses), laundromat, medical and dental clinics, grocery stores, ethnic food stores and restaurants, pharmacies, fast food, loonie stores, banking, parks and playgrounds etc., police-fire-ems station and the Genesis Wellness Centre YMCA. Separate entrance (walk-up) ensures privacy and there is adequate parking in the back alley where the gate to enter the yard would be) or if preferred, in front on the street for more than 1 vehicle. The backyard is also available for use including a 264 sq ft 2-tier deck and natural gas bbq., and enough seating for 20 ppl if need be....
Suite dimensions are as follows:
-living area: 16ft x 15ft
-bedroom: 12ft x 10ft
-bathroom (full): 7ft x 6ft
Rent: $700/mth which includes utilities, digital-HD cable (including HD PVR box), and high-speed internet with wireless, although a landline would be the tenant's responsibility.
