Sadly, I think there are no plans for Coupe and Wagon version. There is talk/rumors that Cadillac is working on a 2 door version of the upcoming CT6. They'll be introducing 8 new models before 2020, so maybe some coupe love will happen.

I'm wondering if this is going to keep the price up on my 2nd gen Coupe... Good thing for value, shitty thing for wanting the new one...

Must. Not. Upgrade. I would get in so much trouble driving one.....

But then, both front tires on my CTS have slow leaks, so it's obviously time.

Well then, in that case, you have no other option then to trade it in for a new one! hahaha

The same way a Corvette does to a Ferrari.

Car and Driver's article said that the GM Engineers have done their job, now just the interior design needs to be brought up to par with the BMW/Merc. They actually said that the handling on the Caddy was the best.

Unlike ATS, the CTS interior is at least on par with BMW and last gen Merc products.

Historically I've been a big fan of the CTS-V but this car is $20,000 more and a touch slower than the Charger Hellcat. Yes "Caddy vs. Dodge" but faster is faster and the spare $20,000 pays for a lot of speeding tickets.

Cadillac doesn't want to be Hyundai and always priced their cars cheaper. Heck, even Hyundai isn't Hyundai of old as the new Tuscon can be loaded up to be $42K.

It took Lexus almost 2 decades to be considered as tier 1 and priced their cars as one. I don't think Caddy got the recognition to charge tier 1 price yet.

Still a bargain (although not as much as before) comparing to a E63 or M5. And Hellcat is cheaper still but the badge and chassis can be easily made up the difference.
