I can put myself down as 25% likely.... planning on heading the farm for a week starting that day to help harvest. If the crops aren't ready I'll come out.
Sweet. Who else is interested?
Once again I can't make that weekend, only this weekend or the one after
Unfortunately I can't make that weekend either
I can offer off site consulting for this trip but can't make it out.

Crap, this newbie can't run trails. I'm no Bear Grylls.
I haven't met anyone on beyond or been to any meets but I might be camping that weekend in Waiparous so if I see your 4x4 caravan I might go and tag along

06 gmc 5 inch lift + 35's
Basic recovery straps and recovery points in vehicle
CB and two-way FRS
what channels do you typically use?
I was thinking we'd go with Ch. 8 on FRS. Would you be interested in meeting at a trailhead or something at a certain time for us to all go on a run?Originally posted by peter07r1

Is there interest this weekend?
Hopefully someone that knows the route?
Anyone going out tomorrow?
I just got some ST Maxx's installed.
Next week I'll be running an ARB Bumper/Warn 12000lbs Winch, sliders, skids, and eventually a mild lift.

The X5 i bought earlier this year really is FULLY LOADED though not a single option missing including infrared night driving
I'm down to go, but I guess Flipstah and I are noobs who don't know our way around as well as some of the others. Zipdoa, do you know the trails?
With that said, let's just get a few maps and see where we land. We have recovery gear and we can tread as lightly as we need to.
No clue on the trails, but if we have proper recovery gear (hijack, winch, shovel, maxtraxx, etc) we'll be fine.Originally posted by statick

What's overhead exposure like? Should I loose the RTT?

Overhead exposure in Waiparous wouldn't be an issue.

I haven't been out in forever but can't make it out this weekend.
If you guys are going out to ghost there's really only a couple trails that are open this time of year, Lost Knife, Margaret Lake.... that's about it.
