We were talking about this at wings last night. All the people around the table had issues with them and shopped elsewhere. They were the 'used car' dealer of trailers. Which is pretty bad.
One guy referred to it, I couldn't give them my money. They were such a pain. I found they were over-priced when I went in there too.
