Fear The Walking Dead (Feruk bitchfest on how it isn't real)

The season finale certainly delivered.

Travis has been set up as a Wuss, so he make a Heisenberg-like transformation to badass.

What I dont understand is two things:

1) Where are all of the dead? The city is virtually empty. The military's cleanup operations and the folks locked in the stadium only scratches the surface of the city's population, who appear to have been beamed up somewhere.

Why did the soldier shoot Ofelia in the arm instead of killing her? Given his capability with a gun, a simple miss doesn't sufficiently explain...

I wonder if we'll see a TWD/FTWD crossover at some point?

I think I'm finally done with this show. I don't care AT ALL who dies and even the finale didn't really live up to expectations.

Also what's up with the chick that "didn't realize" she'd gotten bitten until later. Not to mention it looked more like scratch marks that somehow didn't rip the clothing above it. Come on...

The pacing is terrible, which is an issue I always had with TWD too. The interesting stuff they COULD focus on they dont and the characters are mostly unlikable. Same writers and it shows; I think I only watch them now so I can pick them apart.. I also like B movies

As for where's everyone else (ie. walkers); maybe they all got Raptured and only heathens & the dead are left?

Just watched it ... So stupid how Travis shoots his ex wife at the end before she's even started to die from the infection I mean come on ... Even in the walking dead they waited till they died and turned first... Wouldn't any normal human?

It's turning into a world full of zombies. There should be enough story material to show the people struggling to survive. We don't need them to act dumb out of the way to create tension. What's next? walk under the chainsaw?

the start was so stupid.. like it ended in daylight and hey lets get that boat.. then all of a sudden its pitch black and shits exploding everywhere and the beach and cliffs are full of zombies coming at them??

i know they have to build up some suspense i guess but it seemed silly

then the chick on the boat was annoying and the ending of hey lets go chill swim with this boat full of bullet holes

the best part was the supper scene where everyone is drinking mr stands fancy liquor not giving 2 shits about him

I havent gotten around to watching the episode yet.. but your synopsis is pretty much what I was anticipating from it. Think I'll "opt out" on this show as well as the show that spawned it

I actually quite liked the first season of this show...but having now caught up with current season 2 episodes...I'm really let down. The production value and acting comes across as a B-Movie at best, which is a huge downgrade from TWD.

The zombies have terrible makeup...you think they could at least borrow some expertise and supplies from TWD!?

The storyline has more holes than that shot up ship hull.

It's just plain bad. I can't get past the poor acting...It's not even really B-Movie grade.

eh to be fair it's basically early on and the bodies haven't decomposed to the point TWD is at, so zombies don't look too cray cray at this point.

But yeah, the show is bad, I watch it in the background while I work for lulz. Everything that happens is predictable and the characters are beyond meatheads all around.

Strand is a boss though
