It's time to make prostitution legal. Need a source of income soon.
Yes, people have already been laid off but there will not likely be anymore layoffs

Shit, there's only 49 users here, I doubt we'll even break 100
The old law was that (no ads, no public, no pimps or brothels). Got overturned by supreme court on Constitution challenge. New law makes buying illegal and no new challenges yet.Originally posted by max_boost

the drive to work is becoming quicker and quicker as the days go by.........
my company announced cuts to our benefits program on top of layoffs......
please don't flame me, or i'll have to learn how to use the ban button
I noticed this too. Getting through downtown has been a lot easier.Originally posted by gkAeris

I noticed the same thing over the last few months. Usually traffic gets worse in September. This year it seemed to stay quiet.
Still bad on Glenmore as Imperial hasn't really done any real layoffs. The traffic on NB Crowchild is way less though.
The drive on deerfoot is just as busy as it's ever been, I'm finding traffic is starting earlier too

+1, I drive deerfoot daily and its about the same as previous years, except occasionally I drive through downtown during rush hour and it is noticeably quieter.Originally posted by adam c

Still in the No & No camp...we're ramping up now for the outage season although we're not directly affected by the O&G production for the most part.
Getting more and more stressed with the working in the field stuff, never know where/when I'm going or when I'm coming back...it looks like it may kill my relationship soon too.
Right now I'd take any sort of maintenance position so long as I could have my own bed every night, but everything on the job boards that suits my skillset seems to be in Edmonton and I just bought a house in Calgary.
