They were in the low 30's a few months ago...

It worked out to $364/month + tax ($381 after). That also includes a $700 3m package. That's for a base model V6 SH-AWD, believe they call it the premium model. I assume the 4 banger FWD could be had even cheaper.

A+++ car, would drive again. Everything but the ZF transmission is awesome.
Oh man that's such a good deal.

Is this deal still available currently? lol

If Calgarian is right, with 60 in stock and year end rush is coming, sounds motivated.

That said, I think that deal had some sort of dealer incentive to keep them that low to clear out 2015 stock last Sep. Not sure if desperation has set it yet for 2016 and 2016 has better transmission.

I was offered $393+gst. on Monday.
    TLX awd, base.

I was missing the 'loyalty lease rate' because I didn't lease/finance a car in the past.
2 years ago, I bought an RDX cash and it didn't qualify as loyalty. Looks like zero risk of defaulting - cash up front doesn't count for anything. They want your money + interest.

Sounds good. I'm just lurking for a good deal but not in a hurry or anything. My BMW is coming up this year so I'm cruising to see if anything is out there haha Maybe the pot gets sweetened come Dec.

Did you purchase the RDX new (w/o using ACF) and do you still have the vehicle? I'm guess you did and do as this will explain your TLX pymt.

VW dropped their rates on the Golf R by quite a bit. 0.99% finance and 3.49% lease now depending on term. May have a tough time finding one though.

I didn't qualify for the loyalty lease rate (0%) either so they asked for a $1500 deposit that gets returned at the end of the lease if I don't break the lease.

Those offers aren't great. Tell them to call you when they match the deal me and Neil got. They'll complain and say they can't do it, blah blah blah....

    Premium Sh-AWD:
    $0 down
    $364/month + tax (its actually $175ish bi-weekly payments)
$1500 refundable deposit returned at lease end (to get the 0% finance rate)
    4 year lease x 20k km's per year
$20k buyout (or something like that)
    $700 3m package included

The ones I see under $40k are all '08's with over 100k or a history.

There's a couple in the low to mid-$50s that are finally getting back to earth... but still aren't selling. It's the 2011s and 2012s asking $60k+ that are nuts.

When you see the same 4-5 cars on autotrader and kijiji at the same price for 4-5 months? Yea... overpriced.

Watched a listing from Calgary BMW pop up in the $40s - that one actually sold, go figure

I would agree that those would be overpriced.

I don't really care if mine doesn't sell, I'm pretty firm on $53k.

I was just adding my receipts up last night and have about $27k in documented work. I know if I was in the market for a supercharged M3, I would be pretty stoked if I found one that had all the preventative maintenance done and documented.

Not that I could find when I was truck shopping.

They maybe had $3500 off their brand new ones on the lot, compared to $20k savings at Dodge, Ford, GMC...

    $3500 isn't too bad on a 40k truck, though..
