Sorry it's dragging on for you. I had some great luck this morning. Tentatively sold in less than 12hrs.

Put my F-150 FX4 EcoBoost for sale last night at 11pm. Priced it to be mid-lower range based on Kijiji. It's fully loaded (not InRich loaded) with lower kms. I have an offer at full list price pending test drive tonight.

There's likely a larger demographic for trucks than Jeeps right now...

I didn't want an S4 as I much prefer coupes but man, people want mid-30's for an S5 near the 100,000km mark.

    Too crazy.

I've been looking at Quebec cars and those are way more reasonably priced.

I saw those too, but I think eastern cars require PST payments, which are different from list price? Otherwise, they're way too cheap.

I wouldn't touch a car from Quebec with a 10 foot pole.. there is a reason they are cheap and that is because they heavily salt the roads and the whole underside will be rusted.

Also, PST or QST (Quebec) is paid when you register the vehicle. So if you buy privately, then you do not pay QST. And if you buy from a dealer, you buy the QST and GST but then you can get the refund on the QST.

easy way to tell an eastern car is look under the floor mats for rusted seat bolts

also in general look at millage and rubber gas pedal wear
    Machining, Fabricating, Welding etc.

go for it if it's a manual.

If it's a DSG, make sure it's low kms.

Stay away from 2010 and 2011s for the 3.0T. Those early models have thermostat issues. I had one at year 1 and it failed on me again in year 5.

I've been looking for a luxury sedan for 2 months under $20k and can't seem to find any decent deals. People must not be too desperate to sell yet.

    That is so insane. 172,000km!!!!

I was told that any Audi after 100,000 km's tends to become a money sink so I'm just following that as a rule of thumb.

I want to be able to drive mine for at least 4-5 years relatively low risk so I'm looking for something 45,000km's and below.

I understand that a well-maintained 80,000km car is better than an abused 50,000km car but something about mileage just worries me when it comes to european.

Waste of time, cars are going for big $$$$ - even at the salvage auctions.

Acura TL is cheap in the used market right now. You're good!

EDIT: Nasty color, but dayum. RL.

I notice anything that remotely resembles a high end salvage car is going to Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver. Even N.E specials like worn out G35's and E46's are selling for crazy money.

    Here's a recession deal:

I'm selling my 2015 FiST with 3600km. I think it would normally go for $24k given the stupid low mileage, but here we are at $19,995 firm. Might as well take a bath on it to get it sold.

I haven't really looked at any Acura vehicles. TL's are nice vehicles but they don't do it for me look-wise.

Just wanna budget ball in a used Audi coupe
