My mobile is all winterized. I got winter wheels and tires on, weathertech mats in, and rear seat heaters installed.

A positive follow-up with Nikon Canada Service so far. I mailed my lens in and the initial estimate so far is saying that they'll be covering the repair.

Hopefully that holds true and I get it back without issue.
