What![]()
A performance escape would be a better choice? How... the new escape sucks as a consumer car. There's no appeal for a performance version. I would rather a performance Edge.
Fiesta RS would be cool. What are Fiesta ST sales compared to focus ST?
What ford really needs to do is come out with a Bronco.

Ah, then I see the reason for no Fiesta RS. But the escape ST has to be a joke.

Yep, thanks to NA and our desire for SUVs, hot hatches just dont sell.
Might as well price an existing SUV up higher with a slightly bigger engine and some cosmetic performance tweaks !!![]()
Damn. That sucks to hear. I knew the FiST would have a smaller target market but not that much smaller.![]()

Under 500 in Canada?Originally posted by Sugarphreak
From what I've read, the Fiesta ST sells about 10,000 globally each year, while the Focus ST sells closer to 60,000.
In the US I don't think they sell more than about 4000 Fiesta ST's per year, and under 500 in Canada.
Not really surprising, the Focus ST has a lot more room and just makes a more practical car.
I find that hard to believe, these things are like friggin' cockroaches in Edmonton (in a good way), I see more of these on a daily basis than I do GTI's! Canada probably has a WAY higher per capita take up rate than the USA does.

That happens to me a lot. I think its a fiesta then notice the centered exhaust and realize its a focus.Originally posted by Sugarphreak
I have only spotted a single other one in Calgary so far. However I commonly think I see one and it turns out to be a Focus ST instead, that might be what is happening to you as well.
I've seen 3 FiSTs in Calgary so far, oddly enough 2 in airdrie
