I thought it was crazy the amount of Facebok fear-mongering "PSAs" going around regarding the potential of X or what not being passed out as candy. Yeah, right.... a dealer would rather give it out than get paid for it.

As for the foreign objects, etc - I wonder how much of this is individuals trying to gain attention and how many were, in fact, strangers giving out dangerous things. As mentioned, razor blades is urban legend; the instances of tainted candy proven to be legit is pretty few and far between....
