Yeah that's what I expected it was, too. Low-hanging fruit, spoonfed by the NDP.

Hey honey, let me punch you in the face, I just saw a rental unit up on market that's nicer and cheaper.

You'll still need verification by a judge or officer. So I can't imagine someone wanting to get out of their lease that bad.

Just needs to be clarified that a judge is the one who signs any lease dissolution paperwork. As previously stated, nurses, shrinks and cops are not judges.

It is that easy if it doesn't go thru our judicial system.

I'm also fine if the process is same as eviction procedure land lord has to go thru.

All credibility out the window when you can't even write your own holiday greeting.

Identical holiday greeting messages from NDP MLA Brandy Payne and Independent MLA Deborah Drever printed in community newsletters

I would not want to be a landlord in BC and ONT. BC has some idiotic laws to protect piss poor tenants and sounds like ONT is the same way. Who pays for the damages then, the provincial government??

This is Notley's team trying to save face, and have neatly gift wrapped it and gave it to her so that she can rejoin the NDP.

Having said that, I am not sure who I find more stupid in this. The NDP for trying to bring this complete imbecil back into their fold, or Drever for thinking anyone is going to believe she was smart enough to get this done...
    That sums it up.

Problem is, ask the average person what the characters NDP, PC, etc, even mean.

That was apparently a publishing mistake.
