Wait for the Cdn Tire mega pack of drill bits for 50% off.
You can blow through them at a reason rate and tonnes of bits in there.

As an aside, the best way to keep your drill bits alive when drilling metal is to use a good tapping/drilling fluid. WD40 works in a pinch but a dedicated fluid like Tap Magic makes a big difference.

Is there a difference between cobalt vs titanium drill bits?

Not sure because I haven't bothered to do a comparison.

This is what I have. Seems like they're almost just dipped titanium. But they work. They go dull eventually as I drill metal mostly but I have enough to last 20 years.

Can't remember what I paid. I think it was $60 or less. Definitely wait for a sale on it. They routinely go on sale.
Also can check princess auto too. They have similar sets.

Get ready to learn more about drill bits than you ever wanted to.

(TL;DW: Cobalt is a higher-quality bit material than HSS, which is what the cheap titanium-coated bits are usually made of.)

Bump or move this post. (Paint is not a "tool")...

Home Hardware has a bunch of their BeautiTone paint and stain on for 25% off. I think that's about as big a discount on paint you will find.
My contractor swore by HH paint so it's a great value even at full price.
