Self serve won't let you do it. I just called into Koodo right now, spoke to a regular call rep and told them I was on the $45 1gig plan and was hoping they could switch me over to the $49 2gig plan. She said no, its only for new activations, etc..no dice. Asked to talk to a supervisor, told him Fido has the same plan out and if they can't move me to the 2gig plan ill switch to Fido, but I would rather keep my business with Koodo. He looked into it, done, swapped me to the 2gig plan.

Girlfriend signed up with Koodo about 2 weeks ago, $55 for 1 gig, he switched her over to the $49 promo plan as well.

So yeah, call in and talk to a supervisor, should work.
