The new GMCs/Chevs are nice trucks. Biggest improvement is the interior. Last generation ones were just plastic shit all throughout. The new ones are miles ahead in fit and finish. I would have probably done the colour matched bumper, and I actually prefer the other wheels to the Denali ones, but that's just personal preference. It's a nice truck and it looks great. For $46k, you done good.

Yes, there is a plastic lens. The actual sensor is on the back of the mirror where it attaches to the windshield.

The HUD is just projected on to a special coating on the glass.

Suggesting that these items contribute to the cost is greatly overstated.
