Should probably add the current mortgage amount remaining and total years remaining - without that, it's like a car salesman saying what do you want to pay each month, opposed to telling me what the actual total amount is.

How much is remaining on the mortgage term? What's the value remaining? What are the fees associated with the mortgage transfer? What are penalties associated with early cancellation of the mortgage?

Whoops - thanks for flagging that, fellas!

24 years left on the mortgage with approximately $245K remaining.

Just renewed last year on the 5-year term, so just under 4 years left on that.

Fees are dependent on the lawyer used, but would likely be around $1,500. There are no fees from the bank to transfer the mortgage. However, the person assuming the mortgage will need to be approved by the bank as per any normal mortgage application.

    Street parking only, I'm afraid.

The unit is 500 sq. ft.

Condo fees include water and heat as well as the normal stuff like landscaping, snow removal, seasonal exterior window washing, etc.
