Those are the nicest OEM truck wheels. Nice clean 5 spoke without a bunch of goofy shit.
2007 GMC 2500 Duramax
1981 GMC C1500 454
I was in a truck group and all the guys in there cried when i sanded off the chrome finish so i could bedliner em... i think they turned out amazingly well for a home jobber. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Finally got my HD Silverado order accepted by production facility. Still no build week, and I had to give up cab marker lights. My semi truck dreams will have to wait. Now anticipating delivery in March. For reference I ordered on Oct 16
Never give up the semi-truck dreams.

Picked this up the other day to replace the F150. High kms, lift kit, but otherwise completely stock. Just put a 80hp EFILive tune on it and a 4" straight pipe'd exhaust.
Gets 10.5-11L/100km cruising at 110 on the highway. Old man topper has got to to, lift has got to go, might even lower it 2/3.
Happy to be back in a GM. Obviously a 3/4 ton diesel was necessary for going back to university, we'll see if I hold onto it. Will be good for hauling the race cars around and the camper.
Need to find some 20" aftermarket rims that aren't god awful ugly. Thinking of a prerunner look, fibreglass bedsides are only $1k cdn for the box which needs a repaint anyways.
I like that generation, have owned a few.

What did you pay for it? I sold one my company owned about 8 months ago … just wondering how much it could got for it now …This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I paid $11k two weeks ago, but I'm pretty sure I could sell it for $15-$16k today. It was a "screamin deal" is how I'd describe it.
How many km?
For $11k, I’d bet at least 250k haha. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Im guessing 350k+
Love those 2500
Tap, Rack, BANG!

Not the first one I've owned with high km, won't be the last. I'm getting ready to be poor for the next 5 years, just one of the sacrifices.
Comparables with similiar mileage and body shape are $15-$16k, with some crack addicts asking $20k.
For comparison, we just sold a 2006 chevy 1500 crew 4x4 with 350k kms for $6500. Not a z71, has most options but no leather. The market is stoopid right now.
If you really want to go back old school about high mileage GMC trucks, there's some laughs in this thread. you can start at the beginning if you really want to enjoy the nostalgia, or at post 168 here: https://forums.beyond.ca/threads/396...64#post4564364

6 months later, truck arrived sans heated steering wheel and front/rear park sensors. Both items will be retrofitted in Q3. Added 35” tires and a tonneau.
