I thought the Aztec was bad but this turkey is the “Homer”
A Ferrari is a high maintenance chick, you spend money regardless of what you do with her. You can baby the C63, or slap on all seasons, and you won't be spending anything but yearly maintenance. Of course that's like dating a stripper and refusing to fuck her, which would make you gay.

GMC looks much better by comparison. Mirrors still look goofy attaching so low. Foglights seem out of place as well to me.

Don't think they will be selling many Chevs.

I'm a Chevy guy through and through but oh my, that front end is horrendous - nothing to love there.

I'm hoping the version with LEDs or HIDs will look better. Those reflector housings aren't helping at all.

If you black out the chevy bar across the front, it could look better too.

    Hey all,

Currently running a 2500hd gas extended cab from 03. Wondering if anyone has had luck with child car seats in the back of the extended cab. I was looking at newer crew cabs but looks like the 2500 only comes with the 6'6" box which wont fit in my cgarage and not really all that interested in the 1500. Let me know, thanks!

I would take the actual car seat and the child to the dealer and try it out just to make sure.

and I did not have the only say in the matter (most people just want it done ASAP and don't care about quality).

Definitely try to confirm but i will say unless you are 5 foot nothing, you will not fit a carseat in a extended cab.

If you want a HD and have length sensitivities, check out the Ram HD as they are the shortest of the bunch in total length and box size.

I'm going to take the high (country) road and say I like that it has round wheel wells finally. And it will be bigger inside...so there is that

I don't have any experience with extended cabs, but I have a double cab half ton, and can confirm that rear facing seats need to go in the middle, but fit pretty well there.

Well I'm sick of Shaganappi's bullshit so I'm trading in my truck, as such I'm parting out all of the goodies I had installed:

Was your main issue with the truck related to the exhaust chirping?

Definitely interested in the story - hope its not the chirping!

The chirping is the cause but the attitude and behavior of Shaganappi and subsequently GM Customer Care was unprofessional and shortsighted. I'm a long time GM customer and have had 5 different GM vehicles in the last 5 or so years. For them to treat a customer like this in my mind is ridiculous. An exhaust system (with the "improved design") isn't something that should fail after 18K km's/14mo and the fact that I tried to book my appointment in before comprehensive warranty was up but they couldn't take me until 3 days after (warranty expired on a Saturday, appointment was Tuesday) and then play this sort of game is pathetic. I bought the truck new from them and did the majority of my service on the truck there for the three years I owned it.

    Other than that the truck has been fairly reliable, I've had the following issues;

    - Drivers side seat loose & making noise, fixed twice
    - AFM exhaust valve, twice
    - 2-3 recall's
    - Plus the stunt that Shaganappi pulled summer 2016 with alignment (they did eventually own up to it apologize and refund my money but it was still a hassle)

Going to try my luck with Ford now.

Wow well that is too bad but I can definitely understand why you are trying a different brand based on the customer service aspect.

That stinks. I cut my muffler and and flapper right off, then tuned out AFM - very happy with it. Very hit or miss on the seat bs and dealers in Calgary suck. Good luck on the Ford side - I really like their new HD trucks

The grass isnt that much greener over here lol I love my f150 but fords just like the other 2, they dont give a shit if youve owned their brand your whole life. Ive read the exact same story on the f150 forums. The F150 is a better truck though bahahahaha I get the whole policy crap but they shouldve taken care of you since that part failed already before.

That was going to be my Plan B but I got a smoking deal on an F150 and they also gave me more on trade for my truck than I was able to get trying to sell it privately haha
