Waiting for the Yukon with the 3.0. No dealer seems to have an ETA on when they'll land. Can't go wrong with small CUV fuel economy in a full size BOF SUV.
PM me if you'd like to check one out, a client of mine ordered a Yukon Denali with one and it's on ground, he's not picking it up until mid march.
Can take a look and a listen to it but can't drive it.

You PROBABLY won't see a Yukon with a diesel on ground and available for sale for a few months, as there is a crazy amount of factory orders in the system that are pre-sold that will be filled first before vehicles being built for inventory.

    Cheers

EDIT: Just got a 21 Yukon Denali in black with a 6.2L that's available, customer switched to an Escalade that became available.
This one can be driven, will likely not last the day.

Yep, good to a minimum of 240,000 km. Have to pull the trans back to change it out. Doesn't bother me much, I won't own it at 240k. Watched a video with one of the engineers and he said the service cost to do that wet belt would equal the typical timing belt job. Won't keep me from buying one. So far everyone I talked to with the 3.0 in the pickups are happy. Still would prefer a 3/4 ton based unit with the V8 duramax tho.

Know someone who's waiting for an Escalade with super cruise....GM keeps pushing his date back due to constraints or whatever. Started at a Feb delivery now pushed to end of April. I'll keep you in mind though. Need an XL so that's probably even harder to come by.

Wouldn’t bother me except for by the time I can afford one of these it will be off warranty lol.

Yeah It'll be late availability with SuperCruise, but an order can still be made now to get in queue sooner.

I have availability for a Yukon XL order, probably 3-4 month wait.

PM if you there is any info you need.

Just bought the Range Technology AFM disabler, anyone use this too? Stops the trucks from switching down to 4 cylinders, I guess it helps prevent carbon built up and engine problems.

I had one for less than a week. Had some issues with throwing a code, then a no-start. Sounded like a one-off issue, but I got the truck tuned by Blackbear Tuning, and sent the Range back.

Before I give my number to a sales guy, I thought I might be able to ask here..

    https://www.shawgmc.com/inventory/Ne...YEED7MZ104733/

    $117/ month for 24 months + $5255 down.

I'm sure there are extra costs, but that also seem almost too cheap...

Can anyone shed some light on final monthly costs with the extra fees that come with it?

That's just a generic calculator on their website, the current $7,250 rebate on RST and Elevation isn't stackable with the 1.99%
It's available on a cash deal or a finance at a standard bank rate.

Pretty misleading but I'm sure it gets their phone ringing

Coming up to 7-years with my truck, I remember when I bought it I was only expecting to hold on to it for maybe 4 years or until the new body style came out. However, I still love it just as much as the day I bought it.
This year I've been thinking about changing it up a bit and swapping out the muffler with something a bit more aggressive. Has anyone here changed out their muffler? Any recommendations? So far I'm leaning towards a flowfx dual outlet and having the pipes routed out on either side of the spare tire with some nice tips. Any input would be appreciated, my truck is a 2014 with the 6.2L.

Borla ATAK if you want aggressive is my recommendation.

My truck came from factory with a rebranded Borla touring which was also pretty nice but not that aggressive imo

I was looking into Borla, but it seems they don't sell much in terms of mufflers. Only full catback systems.

Black Widow Neighborhaters are aggressive. That's what I run on my big block.

Mufflers are for soyboy beta cucks. Open headers into side pipes.

I think it’s time to tune that 6.2 - Blackbear tune, remove rear-most muffler and remove AFM.

Have a long term update on my 2015 All Terrain with 158,000kms.

    Major service this weekend included:
    Plugs
    Wires and plug covers
    Transfer Case
    Front/Rear diff (second time)
Inner and Outer Moog Tie Rods

Good as new, and all the service was easy for DIY’er. Continue to enjoy how easy this thing is to service.
