    Default Justin Trudope's personal UCCB

Justin Trudope campaigned that rich families like his don't need a universal child care benefit, yet he can't even pay for his own nannies.

I now get $0, but get to help pay for his free ride. Not 1, but 2 nannies.

    http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/just...yers-1.3344533

Canadian taxpayers are paying the wages of two nannies hired to care for the children of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife, Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau, according to cabinet orders posted online.

Didn't he say that high income earners had no need for this and now he's taking it in spades?

I guess earning $300,000/year on top of his family wealth isn't high enough?

doesn't he only have 2 kids as well? why does he need 2 nanny's?

2 nannies means every day is a 3 way day. And every other Friday is a 4 way day.

Think Bill Burr put it perfectly (Not going to embed the video since the part he starts talking about "First Ladies" begins at 2:01 )

Why isn't his wife looking after the kids?

I remember a CBC interview grilled him pretty hard about policies after the Paris attack.

    Honeymoon is over pretty quick.

^^^ I'm surprised too, $150M campaign bribe doesn't go far with the CBC.

I give him three months before he starts hand picking who gets to interview him, along with an "approved" question list.

How does this happen? Seriously, if you're Trudeau you know what you campaigned on right? You'd have to think he understands how bad this would look, so either he knows how fucked up this is and simply doesn't care about the COLOSSAL hypocrisy, or he's an idiot.

Not to mention this gem he said in a July interview to take a jab at harpers childcare plan

Child care benefits should go to families who need the help, “not families like mine or Mr. (Prime Minister Stephen) Harper’s,” Trudeau told The Canadian Press.

^^^yup, and also from the article:

"In these times, Mr. Harper's top priority is to give wealthy families like his and mine $2,000," Trudeau said in reference to the Conservatives' income-splitting tax credit. "Let me tell you something: We don't need it. And Canada can't afford it."

He doesn't care, and since the liberals basically have a monopoly on shallow pool politics with lots of catchy phrases but no actual backing behind them, they'll get away with it as their constituents love that kind of double-speak.
