The video isn't working so im not sure exactly what the hover board you are referring to.
I will assume its the phunkee duck / monorover / swegboard / etc. has a million names

I actually ordered mine off amazon about 5 months ago, It came fairly quick and I would say i mastered it in about 2 hours, You can get on and get going within minutes but I could do it like a pro within about 2 hours.
I was absolutely in love with it, but realized its not as handy as people think lol.

I have been told to get off any public place (grocery store/mall/airport). As a safety concern they will not let you ride in their establishments. I have gotten away with it a few times but eventually someone will tell you to get off.
You can ride it outdoors but its not as fun, you feel every little bump/groove/rock so indoors is where its actually really fun,
Friends and family come over and have a blast on it, and its still super fun but realistically I think the first few days it was super exciting and then you kind of get over it haha.

    hope that helps

If so then I have one, it's pretty dope. If you plan on using it for anything else other than senseless fun then don't bother. You can use it for a bit of transportation, but it doesn't do well with bumps and cracks so be careful. And it's about 25 lbs so it'd get tiring if you had to carry it around.

Don't buy it off any retailer. Go to Alibaba.com site or get the app and find it from there. It's direct from the supplier and can haggle for the price. I paid about $400 CAD shipped. I'm not the best at haggling for a price so you may even be able tof get it for cheaper. Good luck and have fun.

I wouldn't trust one at this point - they're causing a crap load of fires (poor quality of battery?)

There's fire risks, amazon took them off their site for sale, and they're already banned from some airlines already making transport a huge PITA. My parents were thinking of bringing one back from their HK trip, tons of people tried to bring them on board, and they were forced to remove the battery, so they just threw it out at the airport.

I really like that video. I may be out of touch with music these days, but that one really connected with me. Plus, Lucerne cream poured over Canadian Currency is pretty much how I start my day, so it's relate-able too.

These are the pocket bikes of today. Short lived fad. But keep continuing to post your fails on youtube.

Also NOT a hoverboard so stop calling it that.

I used one when I was in Taiwan this year. Pretty fun, couldn't buy one and bring it back though due to the batteries being lithium.

Only took about 30 mins to get used to it. But it's only fun on flat surfaces. I rode it around the nightmarket but the pavement is so uneven and taped down power cords were scary to go over haha.

Yep! I've only seen these around a couple times in public but every time the guy looked like a total dbag. I seen a guy at Chinook on this while his Gf/wife was pacing beside him to keep up lol

It was fun but not something i'd be using on a regular basis
