looks cool. But isn't there an ipad app or something that replicates the experience?
That's where i see alot of cool hardware things like this going the way of the dodo.

if there is I might have to buy another iPad, since it's not like my kids will let me touch theirs :P
That being said...I like the feeling of actually touching things like this...something the iPad definitely can't replicate.

maybe I just have a hard on for all things brushed aluminum? (although they also offer it in wood grain)

I guess that's a rather ambiguous answer lol. Not for me. I'd much rather have something like a Wacom tablet.
I'm looking at using PS more and more than lightroom. Just a learning curve I need to commit to.

That was actually my question too Ryan.

I went the opposite way - I learned on ACR + PS, which I really like a lot. I don't even use Capture NX or NX-D at all anymore. Custom profiles + ACR/PS is the way to go for me. I gave LR an honest try and I really don't like it at all.Originally posted by msommers

What a waste of money!! What's wrong with keyboard shortcuts?

I don't understand the sliders, do you have to zero them back to centre before moving to your next photo?
+1 on keyboard for me
Yeah I like shortcuts but you can also use the arrow keys to adjust the sliders in incremental amounts. Just click on the pointer of each slider and then left/right arrow key.

For reference I think this is the ipad lightroom slider tool I have seen.

It is probably one of the reasons why I couldn't really get into using the touch screen on the Surface Pro 4.

I think I've been misinterpreted. I wasn't marvelling at the efficiency, I was marvelling at the novelty. Lol
