DINK communities, this needs to happen.

Actually not a bad idea. I was in an older estate neighborhood and I was the only single guy home owner mainly surrounded by retired professionals. One of my neighbors had teenaged kids, their hockey picks and balls kept on getting in my yard... ball hockey on the driveway was met with stray shots on my house which sucked. Community of DINKS and single working professionals would be great.

Umm, there are a ton of condos and HOAs that don't allow kids. I used to live in one in YYC. Yes children cannot live there, so if you have a baby it can't live there.

My block has barely any kids at all. Lots of retired or nearly there couples. We moved in with out 2 boys and fucked it all up for everyone. Lol.

Im just guessing the "board" can just sell your unit if you refuse to leave in a timely manner .... same can happen in a condo if youre deemed a nuisance suite (eg drugs).

Nothing ghettofies a condo complex more than gangs of children running around and tearing shit up. They can turn a very nice, high end condo complex into projects in no time.

I'm in a gated community of houses with HOA right now, they allow kids but thankfully most of the residents are retirees. My neighbors have a couple of young girls, but they're really well behaved. Maybe it's just the male children that cause most of the problems (I know my brothers and I raised a ton of hell growing up).

Banning kids from planes is as ridiculous as banning kids from buses and trains. Sorry guys, but the continuation of the human race probably overrules the preferences of some brokeass who wants the public domain to be quiet. If you want to fly on a private jet, money up for a private jet.

That may be true in the dirty north part of ML where it's all renters, but there are plenty of kids in the South side of ML. Sadly though, none of them play unsupervised outdoors because of dirty trades rigs ripping up and down the grid streets.
