New house Lawyers documents

Hi Guys,

we used the builders lawyer for the new house. They recently sent me the closing documents in the mail. Can any of you know, what are the documents that i should be receiving from them ? Like a check list or something ? Thanks for your help.

Not really a check list, but you should get the following:
- Mortgage Docs
- Your real property report
- a ledger of your trust account
- a copy of your restrictive covenants (if any)
- Your Title

I know this is a bizarre idea but why aren't you asking your lawyer for specifics? Or your house builder. It seems as the most obvious place to start.

You didn't know....if it is written on Beyond, it is the law. So he is here for the free legal advice
